With the majority of buyers shopping online, it’s important to have an incredible online presence — not necessarily for my business or brand but for the listing itself. I spend anywhere from three to 12 hours preparing listings for photos, plus an average of two hours on photo shoots. It’s all about getting “the shot” — that picture that pulls the buyer into the computer screen. I truly go the extra mile for listing excellence, and it’s not uncommon for me to purchase staging items or borrow items from my own home to make a listing shine.
