An academic and athletic scholarship winner, who studied finance and played football at the University of Indianapolis, Price started his career with a property management and investment company where "my entrepreneurial instincts were unleashed." he says. He attributes his early success in the REO business to "endless nights" researching his competition, industry benchmarks, best practices, and forms. "I try to build my database as large as possible, and track each of my clients through advanced contact systems," says Price. His advice: It can be easy to get emotional or angry with other parties in a transaction, but keep your reputation in mind.
