Michael Nourmand grew up in the real estate business and loved it so much that he made Monopoly the theme of his bar mitvah. During his first year of college, he obtained his license and began doing administrative work for his father's brokerage. Months before graduating with honors from the University of Southern California, Nourmand started his sales career in earnest. Today, he oversees the company his dad started—now three offices with 130 sales professionals—and he's a partner in an escrow company. He also owns two investment properties and is a member of the Beverly Hills Rotary Club. He has held many committee and leadership positions with his local and state associations.
