"I believe your relationship with practitioners in your local market is every bit as important as your relationship with your clients," he says. That doesn’t mean he’s not competitive. His team is currently ranked 66th in production among RE/MAX teams nationwide—and he has his sights set on the top spot. His advice: Never get comfortable. Keep looking for new, innovative ways to better your service.
