Kristee Leonard e-PRO, SFR, began her real estate career as a senior in college. She and her mother teamed up at a large brokerage, and two years later, when Leonard was eligible for her broker’s license, they formed their own company. To keep herself motivated, Leonard created a “vision board”—a corkboard on which she posts pictures that depict sales goals she hopes to attain and charitable organizations she plans to donate money to. She has now met so many of her initial goals that she’s filling up her second vision board. “It helps to remind me why I’m working so hard when I’m writing an offer at 11:30 p.m. and exhausted,” she says.
