The colleagues I work with have been a tremendous resource. I make it a goal to meet with a different mortgage loan officer each week. This allows me to stay up-to-date on regulations and loan options and to network and brainstorm. I find it important to be able to advise clients on financing options. I hear seasoned agents who lament the fact clients don’t “need” us as much as they used to. I beg to differ. With information from all angles, serious consumers need the expertise of a REALTOR® more than ever.
