Mason McCleskey, 27, bought his first home while still in college. Then he obtained his license in 2007 and has since become one of the top four agents in his home town. “I always want to be a step ahead so that I can provide solutions before the client even has to ask,” he says. McCleskey serves on the board of directors for The Kemp Center for the Arts and other community organizations. He’s also active in his local association and was named Salesperson of the Year by his peers in 2011.
