As the head manager for the elite University of Connecticut women’s basketball team, Sara J. Levy became a pro at navigating the needs of players, coaches, and support staff. The Division 1 Huskies proved to be the perfect training ground for her real estate career. In 2010, she was managing an office of 10 sales associates in her hometown of Scranton, Pa. By 2012, she was managing two of the company’s five offices, overseeing 60. Levy, 28, started the Greater Scranton Board of REALTORS®’ YPN and is now the association’s youngest board member. She’s also on the board of the Voluntary Action Center, an umbrella organization that oversees Big Brothers Big Sisters and a dozen other agencies.
