With just three years in real estate, Sean Anthony, CRS, 29, credits his successful trajectory to his drive and determination, and his use of social media. Once he got his license, he knocked on the doors of 100 houses. “I saved all the addresses, sent thank-yous, and asked if they knew anyone who wanted to sell their home,” Anthony says. Home buyers want to know about the communities they might live in—where to eat, where to find home improvement products or find a carpenter, who to call if they find mold. So he created a Facebook video show, #CommunityConnect. He interviews local business owners and edits the footage himself. He’s glad to help others generate leads for their own businesses. “I give my clients and people in the community more value than they expect to receive,” Anthony says.
