The great Nashville flood, and the birth of her daughter, pushed her to new heights in sales in 2010.
On May 1 and 2 of 2010, Nashville experienced record rainfall, sending the Cumberland River waters flooding into the city. Among those left homeless were Conatser and her husband; they set up house in a camper at her parents’ house and were still there two months later when their daughter was born. Luckily, Conatser knows about working through distress; she’s been in the REO business since 2004. She also knows a thing or two about hard work: As a teenager, she ran her own lawn service and says she "loved seeing how much a hard day’s work paid off." Her advice: Don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty.
