Bryan Greene is director of fair housing policy for the National Association of REALTORS®. Before joining NAR, Greene served for ten years as the highest-ranking career official in the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development’s Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity, where he oversaw the policy direction and operational management of the 600-person office enforcing the nation’s housing anti-discrimination laws. During a nearly 30-year career with HUD, Greene distinguished himself as a leader in fighting discrimination and eliminating barriers to affordable housing. In 2007, he received the Presidential Rank Award, the highest federal honor bestowed upon federal senior executives for outstanding service. Greene earned a degree in government from Harvard University.
