Miramar Coastal Properties in Los Angeles has partnered with HeliMalibu to videotape luxury homes by helicopter.  The high-definition videos are then posted on the MLS, Realtor.com, and other sites, says Bill Kerbox, president and CEO of Miramar Coastal Properties. HeliMalibu obtains its footage with the Hexa Cam, a six-bladed helicopter with remote-controlled cameras that can fly inside a house, and then turns the footage into a film.

The company charges anywhere from $500 to a percentage of the sales price to provide commercial-quality video.
