Weekly Video Tip: Webcam Marketing

Real estate agents can quickly and easily enter the realm of video marketing by using a webcam, but they should plan ahead to ensure that content is brief and interesting. Videos should be under two or three minutes; and rather than use a script, agents should use cue cards with talking points to ensure they cover everything. Viewers should be given "take-aways," or content from which they can benefit immediately. Practice runs are helpful for interviews and testimonials, providing an opportunity to encourage guests to be succinct.
