NAR Headquarters Talk Premature

Since an NAR Board of Directors vote Monday allowing the association to explore a redevelopment of its Chicago home, there has been much speculation in real estate and Chicago media about what the vote means. But NAR officials have made it clear that any talk of the future is “extremely premature.”

Today, the association occupies 430 N. Michigan with essentially no operating costs thanks to tenant income, and NAR says it intends to continue operating in Chicago at no cost to members.
