It's been an up-and-down year for realtor.com® as it faces stiff competition in a changing industry. So officials from its parent company, Move Inc., came to NAR's Leadership Summit this week with a message for all REALTORS®: If you want to see changes at realtor.com®, help us make them.

"We need your help to look forward and not backward," said Russ Cofano, Move's senior vice president of industry relations. "What has happened in the past doesn't really matter. What matters is what we do from here."
Cofano and Move CEO Steve Berkowitz implored REALTORS® to not just complain about what's going wrong with the site, but to have a dialogue with them about what needs to be fixed.
During a Q&A session at the summit, Cofano and Berkowitz highlighted realtor.com®'s top priorities moving forward in a changing landscape with its competitors, explained the fees for enhanced listings, and opened up about the site's much-talk-about agent search tool.
