Beef Up Your Vendor Network

Strong vendor networks can translate into new business, which means real estate agents need to do more than put vendors' website links on their own sites or compile a list of phone numbers.
To beef up their vendor relationships, agents should follow their vendors on social media and tag them in photos of newly installed cabinets or finished basements, for instance, to showcase the vendor's expertise as well as the top-notch services clients receive when they hire the agent.
Agents also should meet with vendors for coffee or lunch to ensure meaningful interactions that help gauge their strengths. Additionally, they should publish a permanently accessible vendor list that clients can download when they need it and invest in online resources such as messaging and scheduling services.
