Real estate professionals in the luxury market have tried it. For example, real estate pros of a $15 million estate in the greater Los Angeles area recently hosted a Midsummer Night’s Dream themed party to spotlight the 15,000-square-foot home. The party drew about 350 people.

“Partygoers were greeted in the grand entryway by a lovely forest fairy,”® writes about the party hosted by agents Emil Hartoonian, James Harris, and David Parnes with The Agency. “In the great hall, they were treated to delicacies set on a buffet table with a human centerpiece. The party then flowed out to a massive terrace and garden, with ample entertaining facilities, including a double-sided infinity pool inhabited by a mermaid.”
