Last week, we introduced the 50 finalists vying for a spot in REALTOR® Magazine’s 2018 class of 30 Under 30. Now you can learn more about each of these extraordinary young professionals in their online profiles and help one of them win the Web Choice Award and land a spot in the final group of 30.

The voting period is now open and will close at noon CDT on Friday, March 23. Members of the public can log in and “like” their favorite candidates, which will cast a vote in their favor. The finalist who collects the most “likes” is guaranteed a spot among this year’s 30 Under 30 and will be named the Web Choice Award winner. Judges will select the other 29 honorees from the field of finalists. You may vote only once per day for each candidate. The voting site is not associated with members' NAR logins, so you will need to create a new login to vote.

Though they are a diverse group of real estate professionals from every corner of the country, representing every niche in the industry, the 50 finalists for the 30 Under 30 class of 2018 share a common bond: They love their clients and communities. These connected entrepreneurs are putting people first and dreaming big. If they’re an indication of the future of real estate, then the future looks bright.

From a local REALTOR® association board president to an app developer to a high school dropout, all 50 finalists are fierce fighters for the American dream. They’re in real estate because they want to make a difference for those around them. This is the 18th year of REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 program, and we couldn’t be more proud of all the applicants who applied.
