A great deal of consolidation has occurred among multiple listing systems. While in 2014, there were more than 800 MLSs, that number has dropped to 600 today, the report notes. T3 Sixty’s rankings on MLSs factor in how big certain MLSs have grown as well as the emergence of new entities that have been formed through the consolidations.
