Mark Lesswing, the former chief technology officer for the National Association of REALTORS®, has a new role in the growing technology division at T3 Sixty, a real estate consulting firm.
Lesswing served in a senior technology role at NAR for more than 30 years, focusing on numerous projects, including best practices in transaction management platforms, cloud-based platforms, leveraging blockchain, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He will be a senior vice president at T3 Sixty.
T3 Sixty also announced Thursday that Jonathan Peterson, a vice president at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies for 14 years, would be joining its firm as vice president in its technology division. Peterson also previously worked as an enterprise account executive at DocuSign.
Jack Miller, president and CTO of T3 Sixty, says that the addition of Lesswing and Peterson will help grow the T3 Sixty technology team and its consulting arm in the residential real estate brokerage industry. T3 Sixty aims to serve as a “strategic partner for technology thinking and counsel; we can help brokers and entrepreneurs make better decisions than they can make on their own,” Miller said in an announcement about the two new hires.
T3 Sixty produces well-known industry titles such as the annual Swanepoel Trends Report, the DANGER Report, the SP200, and the Mega 1000.
