Former C21 CEO Takes Newly Created Role at RE/MAX

Nick Bailey, most recently the former president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate, has rejoined previous employer RE/MAX in a newly created position. Bailey will be the franchise's chief customer officer, charged with overseeing business growth, brokerage support, franchise sales, professional development, industry relations, and international expansion.

Bailey has more than 23 years of real estate industry experience, including more than a decade at RE/MAX World Headquarters earlier in his career, where he led the growth and development of several regional operations throughout the country. Bailey has also formerly served as a vice president at Trulia/Zillow, where he led the expansion of products and services and was credited with broadening brand awareness across the industry.

In August 2017, Bailey was named as the CEO of Century 21, a role he stepped down from in March. At the time, Bailey said his decision to leave Century 21 was to spend time with his family and move to Colorado. Bailey says that when he resigned from that role, he did not initially have intentions of returning to RE/MAX, which is based in Colorado.
