An Open House in Neon Lights?

October 23, 2019

A $49.5 million Los Angeles estate became a vision in neon. The real estate professionals threw an upscale event at the property that featured large-scale neon art installations that outlined the home in neon lights.

“In this market, you have to make your listing special,” Ben Bacal of Revel Real Estate told The Wall Street Journal. Enzo Fiore of Revel Real Estate also has the listing.

The neoclassical-style home had 17 art installations of neon lights. One 16-foot-long fire art installation carried the phrase over an outside pond: “I Wish You Were Here.” The art installations were done by artist Olivia Steele.

The 15,000-square-foot home in the Holmby Hills area features four bedrooms and features a separate 3,000-square-foot guest house with four additional bedrooms.
