NAR Leaders Among 2020 Swanepoel Power List Ranks

January 14, 2020

Seven leaders from the National Association of REALTORS®, including CEO Bob Goldberg, were named among the 200 most influential people shaping the real estate industry in the seventh annual Swanepoel Power 200 list. The list cited brokerage and holding company executives for enlarging their industry footprints and expanding tech innovations as well as association leaders who are embracing disruption and providing steadfast vision and guidance.

T3 Sixty, a consulting and research firm for the real estate industry, released the 2020 Leadership Rankings, the Power 200,  the first of five industry lists that it publishes each year. Rankings were based on several factors, including an individual's position within an organization, their decision-making power, and the organization's significance. Nominations for the Power 200 are accepted, but the majority of the 3,000 or so people reviewed and considered come from T3 Sixty's own database and ongoing research of the industry.

“NAR stands at the forefront of the real estate industry and we’re fortunate to have talented and dedicated leaders throughout our organization,” says NAR 2020 President-elect Charlie Oppler. “We congratulate our colleagues on this prestigious honor as they continue to innovate, educate, inspire, and blaze trails within their respective roles.”
