Coldwell Banker has launched a “What Moves Her” campaign in support of women in real estate to help foster them into more leadership roles within the industry.

The real estate firm will host a series of events as part of the campaign that will take place across the country. The events will focus on bringing leaders in real estate and business development together and provide tools and strategies aimed at helping women grow their success in real estate.

“Embracing equality and inclusion means delivering the tools necessary for real estate agents to thrive, personally and professionally,” says Sue Yannaccone, executive vice president of Coldwell Banker. “We are thrilled to be a part of a positive shift in the culture of real estate and help women with incredible potential and work ethic excel to their highest capabilities, within real estate and our Coldwell Banker network.”

The What Moves Her campaign is part of a larger initiative within the Coldwell Banker brand to spotlight women who are leading in their company, their businesses, and communities. As part of the initiative, Coldwell Banker has produced a regular series of CB Women podcasts.

The campaign officially kicked off on January 10.
