Calif. MLS to Offer Tech Services to Louisiana REALTORS®
February 5, 2020
MLSs are lending a helping hand across state boundaries. The California Regional MLS announced it will provide MLS technology services to Louisiana’s new broker-led statewide MLS. The new MLS will be called the Greater Southern MLS (GSMLS).
CRMLS will provide a suite of 15 technology products, such as Matrix, Paragon, Cloud CMA, Realist Tax, ShowingTime, InfoSparks Market Statistics, and many more. CRMLS will also provide compliance, data licensing services, online and live local training, and customer support to the new statewide MLS.
“This is the first time we’re expanding our services out-of-state, so we’re putting all hands on deck to ensure the transition is smooth and successful,” says CRMLS CEO Art Carter.
The Greater Southern MLS is being created to increase opportunities for REALTORS® throughout the state in representing their clients with statewide real estate information, listing exposure, and leads, says Webb Jay, president of Louisiana’s Greater Southern MLS. “We believe that working with CRMLS, the largest MLS in the country, will allow us to provide customer-centric services, training, and support to help Louisiana REALTORS® generate more business while saving money,” Webb says.
GSMLS will be made available first to the Southwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS® from Lake Charles, La. The full launch of the Greater Southern MLS is planned for later in 2020, according to a news release.
