Police continue to investigate the circumstances around a Caneyville, Ky., man who has been arrested and accused of shooting at a female real estate agent and a young girl who was with her while they were showing a property near his home.
Police say that Phillip Bratcher, 55, approached the female real estate professional with Agency 1 Real Estate who was showing a property with a young girl last Thursday at about 4:45 p.m. Bratcher was allegedly waving a .22 caliber gun, telling the real estate professional that she had no reason to be at the property. He is not the owner of the property.
The two females got in the car. Police say that Bratcher shot one of the tires.
The two potential buyers that the females were showing the property with were inspecting the home and not near where the shooting occurred.
Police arrested Bratcher at his home. He faces two counts of felony wanton endangerment and third-degree criminal mischief.
