Real estate pro Kristen Adams-Kearney with Kearney & Associates Realty fielded multiple offers when a condo she listed in Lake Worth, Fla., became an internet sensation, generating buzz over its unusual wall display of hundreds—possibly thousands—of beer cans.
Others warned Adams-Kearney before she first stepped inside the home: It was wallpapered in beer cans. But she didn’t realize it was actual beer cans that would line every wall, ceiling, and closet in the home. Much more than the 99 bottles of beer on the wall, as the folk song goes.
The 815-square-foot condo was layered in beer cans in every room (except the two bathrooms).
The owner, now deceased, had a lifelong appreciation for Anheuser-Busch’s Budweiser. “It was his life’s mission to wallpaper his home in beer cans, and he did it,” Adams-Kearney told realtor.com®.

The home was first listed for $110,000 in August, but was reduced in early September to $100,000. Adams-Kearney took to social media to share pictures of the unusual decor in the home. Anheuser-Busch then saw the listing, reposting it on their Facebook page. The listing then went viral.
Adams-Kearney says they received multiple offers on home and it is currently under contract for an undisclosed amount. The new owners made an offer without seeing it in person.
