Since its launch in the early 1970s, Windermere has grown into one of the largest regional real estate brokerages in the Pacific Northwest, with more than 300 offices in 10 states and British Columbia. The company is widely credited for its early adoption of a searchable listing database on its Web site.

The company is 100 percent associate owned and projects $1.3 billion in sales volume from 4,615 transactions in 2006.

Davis is a member of the Real Estate Services Task Force, which advises NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®’ leaders on the needs of large residential brokerages whose core services include mortgage finance and title insurance, in addition to brokerage.

 

 

Bill Evans
President, Central Ohio markets, Real Living Inc.
Columbus, Ohio

Real Living was formed in 2002 from the merger of three of the largest brokerages in the Midwest: H.E.R., REALTORS®; Realty One; and Huff Realty. It was listed as the fourth-largest residential brokerage in the United States in the 2006 REALTOR® Magazine “Top 100 Companies” survey. At Real Living, Evans oversees the company’s force of 1,000 associates and employees.

 

 

Dave Jenks

Jenks oversees research and development for Keller Williams, which says it’s the fourth-largest real estate franchise network in North America, with 72,000 associates in about 600 offices. The company gained industry attention in the 1990s with its residual income profit-sharing program.

One of the first national full service discount real estate companies for residential real estate brokerage services, the company grew to more than 600 offices in 2006 from fewer than 200 in 2001.
