There are several product suites that can help property managers track their daily tasks, including collecting rent payments, tenant screenings, managing documents (such as rental applications and property maintenance), and generating reports.

There are even some solutions specifically for residential, commercial, and vacation properties, while others offer a mixture of tools that can work for more than one type of property. Take a look at the charts below to decide which product fits your business best.
