Online Finds: New Web Sites for Commercial Sector
August 1, 1996
Commercial real estate practitioners have a new site to visit--http://www.pike.net--on the World Wide Web. The PikeNet Directory is a collection of commercial real estate service providers and resources to help surfers narrow their search for information.
The directory includes more than 700 Web sites, ranging from commercial listings to brokers to property-related information, for commercial real estate practitioners. Each Web site is reviewed and rated on content, design, and site originality.
Peter Pike, president of PikeNet, a real estate publisher in California, says visitors should find the site easy to navigate.
"The fundamental question a visitor should ask is, Is this site worth my time, and once I get there, can I find my way around easily?"
