Start here. Ask yourself these 10 questions as you consider new technology.

Ask yourself:

  • How am I using the products and services I have now?
  • How could I get more functionality from what I have?
  • Are there solutions that would save me time or money?
  • Where are the pain points in my processes? Is there a new technology that could help?
  • How much time am I willing to spend to learn and customize new tools?

Ask vendors:

  • How would your solution fit with my current business and marketing plans?
  • How will your product interact and integrate with my current setup?
  • How specifically can your product be customized to fit my needs?
  • Are there other people in my area using your product?
  • Does it play well with the MLS?
