Activity 1: Selling the Benefits of You


Use this exercise to show your sales associates how their particular characteristics, experience, professional contacts, achievements, marketing strategy, and personality will provide unique benefits to clients.

The activity sheet (left) will help participants brainstorm their strengths under these six different categories. 

Then, participants are asked to explain how each characteristic can benefit their potential clients.

If participants are stumped, use the suggestions in the answer sheet (right) as a way to get them started.
